Company formation and banking
What this covers
Company formation and strategic corporate structures, private banking accounts with multi-currency and investment capability, trust structuring for asset protection and succession, offshore entities, and access to banking relationships that do not advertise. The sequence is a strategic review, a structure design, implementation, then banking.
Why bank accounts are refused
Committees read source of funds before they read a business plan, and a refusal has to be disclosed to the next bank. The file is therefore prepared before the introduction rather than after a decline, which is the single most expensive mistake in this area.
What is not included
Government, registry and licence fees, law firm, tax adviser and audit fees are quoted separately and paid to third parties. RICHVOULT is not a bank or a law firm and takes no commission from either.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you guarantee a bank account will be opened?
No, and nobody honest does. The decision belongs to a bank's committee. What can be held is the quality of the source-of-funds file, the order of the introductions and the choice of institution, which is where most refusals are actually made.
Does RICHVOULT take commission from banks?
No. It acts buy side only and is paid by the client, so the choice of institution is not influenced by who pays an introducer fee.
