Everything below is requested the same way: one message to your adviser

The seven areas

01 Residency and citizenship. 02 Corporate and banking. 03 Real estate. 04 Aviation and travel. 05 Legal matters. 06 Health and medicine. 07 Security and household. Most requests cross two or three of them, which is the reason they sit behind one adviser rather than seven suppliers.

How an engagement starts

A briefing call establishes the situation, the jurisdictions involved and the sequence. Scope is written down before anything is quoted. Fees are agreed in advance and billed monthly or annually; there is no hourly billing at any tier. Outside costs, from government fees to law firms, are presented for approval before they are incurred.

What RICHVOULT is not

RICHVOULT is not a law firm, a bank or an estate agency. It selects and instructs counsel where there is a gap, briefs the professionals already in place, and reviews their work commercially. It acts buy side only and takes no commission from sellers, agents or insurers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use all seven areas?

No. Most engagements start with one matter, usually residency or a company structure, and widen only when the client asks. The areas exist so that a request which turns out to cross several does not have to be re-explained to a new supplier.

Is RICHVOULT paid by anyone other than the client?

No. It acts buy side only and takes no commission from sellers, agents or insurers. It is paid by the client and only by the client, which is what makes a recommendation advice rather than a sale.

How are fees set?

Quoted after the briefing call, once scope is clear, and billed monthly or annually. There is no hourly billing at any tier. Government, registry, licence, law firm, tax adviser and audit fees are separate and always shown for approval first.
